Integrative therapy sessions provide a place for support during a challenging time; whether it's for just you, your partner or family. In the process of these sessions it is common to examine feelings, pinpoint behaviours or situations you'd like to improve, maybe set some goals and explore the idea of personal change. 

Making a dedicated time to focus on yourself is an important step toward feeling better. However, therapy and counselling are not designed to change you. Rather, to help redecide past experiences and find solutions to our problems even when we feel stuck, hurt or confused.

Integrative therapy combines a range of effective techniques from clinical hypnosis, psychotherapy, positive psychology, CBT, neuroscience, mindfulness mediation and nutrition.
